Shaping leaders through international debate since 2014.
Peruvian Debate Society is Peru's leading competitive debate organization. Founded in 2014 in Lima, PDS has spent a decade building champions. We are not just a Model UN club. We are a high-performance debate society that recruits the sharpest students from six of the country's top universities and shapes them into leaders with global vision, academic rigor, and world-class communication skills.
We compete, we train, and we excel at an international level. Every year our delegations travel to Harvard National Model United Nations in Boston, Harvard World Model United Nations wherever it lands that season, and HNMUN Latin America in Panama, competing against the strongest teams in the world. Across 12 generations PDS has brought home nearly 500 individual awards and 45 delegation awards. Our alumni now lead in consulting, business, law, diplomacy, and entrepreneurship.
From Rome and Tokyo to Montreal and Manila, PDS members have represented nations in committees alongside thousands of delegates worldwide. At home, PDS dominates Peru's national circuit, consistently placing as the top delegation at every major Peruvian MUN conference.

To form leading citizens who contribute to the development of their communities through rigorous debate, diplomacy, and intellectual exchange at the world's most prestigious Model United Nations conferences.
Each academic season, a Board of Directors oversees PDS operations while Chief Faculty Advisors lead delegations through months of preparation. Members research assigned countries, draft position papers, and develop negotiation skills before representing their nations at international conferences.
12 seasons. 6 continents. One mission.
